Flatpak: Remove access to XDG_HOME. 
In 75c50392cb we switched to use the
FileChooserNative API which means that filesystem access is automatically
handled by the Documents(!)(Might be another one) xdg portal.

Flatpak: Allow the app to access the Home folder. 
This is needed in order to import an OPML file. There
might be a better solution to this.

Upgraded diesel to 0.99 and switched from the git master into crated.io. 
Also did a cargo upgrade of all the dependancies.
Notable upgrades are r2d2, lazystatic 1.0, loggerv 0.6 and rss 1.2
